We recently adopted a rescue pup from Dallas, Texas and let me tell you, NYC is a scary place for this wee hound named Cello. The staff at BVC totally understand and have been incredibly patient and gentle working with him and thankfully took a good deal of time to listen to my concerns so that they could advise me on the best path forward including training and treatments for his anxiety. The name fits- they are truly brilliant in the care and concern they provide. How lucky I feel that they are part of our wonderful neighborhood!
They truly are Brilliant! Our new puppy became suddenly extremely ill. Brilliant got us in right away and took swift action that saved our puppy’s life. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses to the vets to the owner, treated us and our puppy with the upmost compassion and kindness. We are so grateful to them all and feel so lucky to have this practice in our neighborhood!!
I rarely leave any reviews but this one is worth it. I cant say enough how thankful and appreciative I am of having found Brilliant Vets. Everyone is so kind, accommodating, and most importantly extremely knowledgeable, professional, and REALLY caring about the health and overall wellness of your pet. Oslo (my 6 month cat) and I are truly forever grateful to DR Kutscher and the entire staff here.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about these kind people. Dealing with pet owners must be an annoying/frustrating experience, but they never make you feel like that. Thank you for always taking such great care of my pup
Again and again, these guys are incredible. I just got a call back in a holiday weekend from one of the owners. Helping diagnose and plan for treatment! They are incredible over and above again and again.
The best vet I’ve been to including outside of nyc! You can tell everyone there truly loves animals and it’s more than just a job for them.
The babes was constipated. Her doctor cleared her up and we are at home again. Her doctor is wonderful and caring both to her and me.
The best vet I’ve ever been to and I have owned dogs my whole life. They’re incredible kind and professional. They really went the extra mile to help get and appointment and make sure my dog was taken care of. Not to mention took how clean and nice the office is. 10/10 recommend!
This is a group of the most professional and caring people that you can trust for the best pet care! Took my 13 year old cat in today and they were welcoming, efficient, and took great care of her. Highly recommend!!
